Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users.We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our energetic Affiliate Marketing Team If you think you are the one we are looking for, do not hesitate to applyResponsibilitiesIdentify, reach out to, and negotiate with new affiliate traffic partners and traffic sources, particularly those in ad networks specializing in pop, push, native, and display traffic, such as Adcash, Exoclick, Adsterra etc.Negotiate CPL/CPA‑based deals, managing end‑to‑end campaign execution—from setup and track integration to performance monitoring and creative testing.Daily campaign management on those ad networks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing.Proven track record in managing performance‑based campaigns (CPS, CPA, CPL, RevShare).Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Experience with global markets and cross‑cultural collaboration is a plus.Proven experience closing deals with direct publishers is a plus.Knowledge about the adult affiliate industry is a plus.Seniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustry: Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
