It houses MareNostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe, was a founding and hosting member of the former European HPC infrastructure PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe), and is now hosting entity for EuroHPC JU, the Joint Undertaking that leads large-scale investments and HPC provision in Europe. The mission of BSC is to research, develop and manage information technologies in order to facilitate scientific progress. BSC combines HPC service provision and R&D into both computer and computational science (life, earth and engineering sciences) under one roof, and currently has over 1000 staff from 60 countries. This initiative will turn the BSC into an epicenter of AI (Artificial Intelligence) development, enabling both the public and private sector to drive high-impact science and technology R&D projects.Reporting to the AI Factory Services Manager of the Business Innovation and Development Unit of BSC, you will support all the technological platforms necessary for the operation of the AI Factory, such as the central AI Factory Platform, project management software, customer relationship management (CRM), collaborative tools, training management (LMS), Business Intelligence (BI), user front-end, etc., all interconnected through APIs or Webservices and back-office necessary for companies to develop new products or services related to the AI Factory.
