To deliver cutting-edge LED and audiovisual solutions for leading international brands. What do we expect from you? Higher university education in engineering is essential. At least 5 years' experience as an audiovisual engineer. High level of organisational skills in complex and multidisciplinary areas. Communication and interpersonal skills, especially with commercial areas. Commitment to collective objectives and to the management team. Methodical, precise person who is used to meeting and ensuring that deadlines are met. Fluent in English Main Tasks: Deliver system engineering projects by producing technical information and documentation according to Trison standards, for internal use, clients, and external contractors Drive quality and consistency within the engineering team by developing, implementing, and monitoring processes and best practices. Act as a proactive last line of defense in problem-solving both on-site and remotely. Support the Sales department by providing engineering estimates in terms of design and labor, handling multiple projects within budget and to customer satisfaction. Act as a technical liaison with internal departments, clients, and contractors. Design systems covering electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client needs, using proven technologies and exploring innovative solutions. Required Competencies Strong organizational skills for managing complex and multidisciplinary areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with commercial teams. Commitment to collective goals and alignment with the leadership team. Methodical and precise approach, accustomed to meeting and enforcing strict deadlines. Working & environment Conditions Permanent contract Flexible Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00-09:00 to 15:00-16:00. Intensive working hours throughout August. Remote Work on Fridays.
