The role is focused on supporting the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad‑hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision‑making.To do so, the P&P Senior Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (both within the P&P team as well as outside) to ensure general delivery.ResponsibilitiesAct as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior ManagementEstablish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective and throughout the different management levelsLead specific projects or initiatives that impact directly the Retail sales teams, by supporting or taking ownership of the full project life cycle from conceptual work to implementation and trackingLead or participate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision‑making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forumsWork together with regional Retail sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to the different initiatives, and participate in the development related action plans moving forwardConduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and / or feedback from regional teamsAssist or develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision‑making processes related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key playersLeverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managingRequirementsExcellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; strong attention to detailStrong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); able to interpret, summarize and present data and progress clearly and succinctly; able to influence business partner’s decisions.Methodical and organized mindsetResults‑oriented, dynamic individual with hands‑on mentality and proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervisionStrong drive, capacity to push and make things happen while engaging with relevant key stakeholdersTeam spirit and attitude, comfortable working in multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to build strong working relationships, create networks and influence; proactive in engaging with the businessAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenExperience with data analysis and modelling software is valued.At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, embracing different backgrounds, perspectives and talents.
