The Role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Sells and delivers professional services that create compelling value for our clients by using technology as a means to address their business strategic agenda and needs.
- Maintains end-to-end ownership of professional services opportunities including compilation of bid response documents, solutions, and delivery.
- Business development for professional services opportunities in current base customers, collaborating closely with Core account's Managing Partners and account extended team.
- Consulting capabilities for client relationship management, land and expand, and customer growth focus.
- Business oriented with technology experience to drive differentiation.
Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- 10+ years of consulting expertise with a strong technological base and use to address business needs with technological professional services.
- Experience in project delivery and proven experience as client trusted advisor partner for strategic roadmap implementation.
- Proven track record in developing strong client relationships with a focus on the executive level.
- Strong communication skills including extensive experience dealing at the executive level.
- Demonstrated business acumen including negotiation skills, business development and contact/profit management.
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated executive engagement and proven ability to present strategic information to, and drive change across a broad range.
- Knowledge of some of these practices/areas: cloud, digital workplace, core enterprise architectures, network, edge, security, resiliency, applications, data & AI.
- Knowledge in Retail, Consumer Products, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, Transportation, Hospitality, Travel, Public Sector, and Healthcare.
