As a Product Design Manager, you will play a key role in Wallapop's growth by creating seamless, intuitive, and innovative experiences for our sellers. Your work will directly enhance the quality and quantity of listings and elevate the usability of our paid tools and services.  What You Will Do  Partner with cross-functional leads and Product Design leadership to evolve the product vision for the business area of your tribe. Align team priorities and deliverables to the tribe’s business goals. Develop & maintain key relationships with your business area's stakeholders (Design, Research, Content, Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, etc.). Partner with cross-functional tribe leads and Design leadership to the scope and set project priorities and sequencing, milestone planning, resource allocation, and hiring/talent needs to execute against business area objectives. Partner with research to identify research needs and plan research to address them. Ensure insights inform tribe strategy and design work. Lead, coach and mentor the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Ensure high quality of design thinking and output. Collaborate with other UX leads to define and foster adoption of user-centric design practices, frameworks and processes. Ensure effective team communication and information distribution. Ensure high level of team cohesion and morale. What We’re Looking For  Strong experience in product design, particularly within a marketplace or e-commerce environment. Proven strong understanding of business models to align user experience design with strategic business objectives. Proven ability to frame complex problems and develop innovative solutions collaboratively with the team. Expertise in creating cohesive, user-friendly designs that align seamlessly with brand identity. Deep understanding of users' needs, emotions and behaviors, coupled with proficiency in using quantitative metrics to discern patterns, extract actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions to craft compelling user experiences. Advanced skills in cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize product improvement opportunities. Proactive in identifying and incorporating stakeholder requirements into product decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor direct reports to deliver significant business outcomes and achieve their career objectives. Skilled in leveraging senior managers and executives to achieve goals and influence the strategic direction of the product team. Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based.
