Inside Sales Representative – Polish Market Join the Inside Sales team at Tripadvisor (TheFork) focused on selling our restaurant reservation and management system in new international markets. This role reports to the Sales Manager New Markets and is pivotal in driving new market expansion. What You’ll Do Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Poland using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM. Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system – TheFork Manager – which includes online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services. Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager. Own the full sales cycle – from outreach to successful onboarding and activation. Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy and supporting future scale‑up. Who You Are Native Polish speaker, fluent/professional in English. Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast‑paced commercial environment; hospitality background is a plus. Target‑driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs. Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset – excited by building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast. Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test‑and‑learn setting. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
