At CARRER, we are looking for a Junior Wholesale & Buying Manager to support the development and execution of our buying and wholesale strategy. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales operations, and commercial analysis, and will play a key role in building strong assortments and supporting the brand’s commercial growth across channels.This is a hands‑on position for someone with a strong analytical mindset, operational awareness, and a growing sensitivity for product and assortment building.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of seasonal buying and merchandising strategies across wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer channels.Define and maintain assortments, pricing architecture, and SKU distribution based on sales data, market analysis, and brand positioning.Analyze sales performance, sell‑through, and inventory levels, identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting in‑season actions.Work closely with the design team to ensure product selections align with brand DNA, commercial viability, and wholesale requirements.Support inventory planning, stock optimization, and allocation strategies to maximize sell‑through across channels.Execute and track wholesale operations on a day‑to‑day basis, including B2B order entry, confirmations, allocations, and delivery follow‑up.Ensure wholesale partners receive accurate product, pricing, and logistics information, coordinating with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.Support reorders, markdown planning, and end‑of‑season stock management, including outlet and archive processes.What we’re looking forExperience in buying, merchandising, wholesale, sales operations, or related roles.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).Understanding of fashion retail dynamics and multi‑channel distribution.Interest in product, assortment building, and wholesale development.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive, structured, and eager to take ownership.Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).What we offerA creative and fast‑paced work environment in a growing fashion brand.Direct involvement in shaping the product strategy and commercial direction.Hybrid work model with flexibility.Career growth and development opportunities.Employee discounts on CARRER products.Apply now to join our team, send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
