The role involves leading and developing the company's marketing strategies to drive growth, overseeing brand positioning and marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. You will manage a marketing team and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives. Building strong partnerships and ensuring effective digital and offline marketing efforts form a crucial part of this role.QualificationsComprehensive expertise in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing StrategyStrong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance MetricsExperience in Brand Management, Content Marketing, and Campaign DevelopmentLeadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor teamsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation softwareBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience within the health, wellness, or nutritional industry is a plusProficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable
