We are now searching for a passionate and visionary individual to lead as COO , driving operational performance and business growth, actively contributing as a member of the leadership team, ensuring consistency and acumen in the strategic initiatives as well as the day-to-day activities with a global scope. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. They are responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence. This role often involves collaborating with other departments, driving continuous improvement in processes. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Implementation: Developing and executing operational strategies to achieve company objectives, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Budget Management: Creating, monitoring, and analyzing departmental and company budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Process Optimization : Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating teams, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Performance Management: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management. Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will actively contribute as a member of the leadership team to achieving the objectives enhancing the function and working with different BU´s, having a strong team under your responsibility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years with progressive roles in operations. Previous Operations management role is mandatory. Detail-oriented and analytical. Transformative and digital mindset. Ability to work, influence, and drive inside a matrix environment. Very fluent in Spanish & English. Ready?
