Do you want to be part of a Chinese company in Spain?We are looking for a Chinese Cuisine Chef to lead the kitchen team of a Chinese company in Madrid. This position requires proven experience in traditional Chinese cooking, fluency in Mandarin, and a strong focus on culinary excellence. Reporting to the Executive Chef of B\&I and the Culinary Director of the company in Spain. Conduct culinary R\&D activities, exploring and selecting new Chinese suppliers and products. Ensure the highest standards of flavor, temperature, and presentation for Chinese cuisine. Maintain consistency and creativity in food display and preparation. Communicate with clients to adapt dishes to their specific preferences when necessary. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end kitchens. Extensive knowledge of Chinese gastronomy across all regions, techniques, and concepts. Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations. Creativity, team leadership, schedule flexibility, and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Meticulous attention to detail and strong capacity for innovation. Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Knowledge of Spanish or English is preferred but not essential Permanent contract. Competitive salary Location: Madrid.
