We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Manage and work with Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist. Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Maintain data integrity across Statlas. Execute Prophet system for clients. Build a Growth Forecast and Growth Map, perform data analysis, align marketing calendar, and adjust daily projections. Implement CTC's Meta best practices, build campaigns, manage ideologies, adjust budgets, and monitor performance. Ensuring Quality of Work Maintain within 5% delta to the forecast. Daily alignment with client vs forecast & strategy. Above benchmark client satisfaction rate feedback. Execute Prophet system to 100% within required timeline. Deliver work on schedule with optimal quality and attention to detail. Client Communication Champion communication, ensuring alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps. Send daily performance updates to the client. Ensure alignment across Strategy and Forecast daily. Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call. Contributing Back Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement. Collaborate in ideas and learning across teams. Contribute to future company content production. Next-Level Skills Communication Skills Fluent in English, persuasively communicate and present ideas clearly. Craft thoughtful, empathetic client messaging with high emotional intelligence. Strong presentation skills to drive engagement and decision-making. Great Data Analysis Skills Strong raw talent for data analysis, eager to learn and improve. Familiarity with data tools including Google Sheets. Past Experience Broad experience from domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc. Critical Thinking Structured thinking to solve complex problems using logical frameworks. Results Merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal. Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by end of the kick off. Consistently deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas. Lead and collaborate with your team to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards. Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results. Maintain client satisfaction levels above benchmark rates. Adhere to rigorous quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution. Meet all deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring timely performance. Contribute valuable ideas to team discussions and company-wide content. Domain Management Your supervisor would be Joy Sharma, The Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy Sharma—known for relentless pursuit of excellence and unmatched passion for growth strategy. Orientation This role will be client-facing. What's In It For Me? Salary Range First month: $2,000 Second month: $4,000 Third month (average): $7,000 a month 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000‑$76,000 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000‑$120,000 This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
