OverviewJoin Our Team at Bunny Home Care Position: Sales Representative. Location: Málaga - 1 block from Alameda Principal. 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (Málaga time). Schedule: Full-time | 39 hrs/week. Salary: €25,000/year On-Target Earnings. Reports To: Sales Manager.Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of Bunny Home Care for a motivated Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales, build strong client relationships in the U.S., and contribute to a fast-growing, multicultural team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with clients, and developing a sales career within a diverse, multicultural team.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound sales calls in English and another languageBuild relationships with families & healthcare clients in the U.S.Follow up with leads and close dealsKeep CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) up-to-dateWork with Marketing & Client Success to provide excellent serviceLearn and adapt – you’ll bring value and ideas to a high-growth teamWhat You’ll Love€20,000 base + €5,000 bonus based on expected KPIPrime office in Málaga – steps from Alameda PrincipalWork with a multicultural team from around the worldReal career growth and ongoing trainingFast-moving, kind, and collaborative team cultureInternational exposure and occasional travel opportunitiesMinimum RequirementsFluency in English + one more language3+ years in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in international or multilingual settingsExperience with CRMs like HubSpot or SalesforceComfortable with U.S. time zones (shift is 2–10 PM Málaga time)Strong communicator, positive, proactive attitude, highly organized, goal-orientedExperience in healthcare or U.S. markets.
