Description: Join Our Team at Bunny Home Care Position: Sales Representative Location: Málaga - 1 block from Alameda Principal 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (Málaga time) Full-time | 39 hrs/week Salary: €25,000/year On-Target Earnings Reports To: Sales Manager About the Role Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of Bunny Home Care for a motivated Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales, build strong client relationships in the U.S., and contribute to a fast-growing, multicultural team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with clients, and developing a sales career within a diverse, multicultural team. What You'll Do Handle inbound & outbound sales calls in English and another language Build relationships with families & healthcare clients in the U.S. Follow up with leads and close deals Keep CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) up-to-date Work with Marketing & Client Success to provide excellent service Learn and adapt – you'll bring value and ideas to a high-growth team What You'll Love €20,000 base + €5,000 bonus based on expected KPI Prime office in Málaga – steps from Alameda Principal Work with a multicultural team from around the world Real career growth and ongoing training Fast-moving, kind, and collaborative team culture International exposure and occasional travel opportunities Requirements: Fluency in English + one more language 3+ years in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in international or multilingual settings Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce Comfortable with U.S. time zones (shift is 2–10 PM Málaga time) Strong communicator, positive, proactive attitude, highly organized, goal-oriented Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets. Big plus Quick to adapt, and always looking to learn and improve.
