Join Roche where every voice matters.The PositionWithin the GI/GU Squad and reporting to the Brand Lead the main mission of the Brand Champion will be to define and lead the integrated strategy of the Therapeutic Area products so that all patients who need it can have the best treatment as soon as possible.Your Main ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the omnichannel strategy for the product/indication with a patient‑centric multidisciplinary approach throughout the life cycle together with the Therapeutic Area Squad.Actively participate in the iSquad in order to ensure co‑creation of the strategy with the field to have a customer vision in the preparation of materials.Lead the development of the annual plans for the assigned brands and drive the implementation of national actions.Support the implementation of regional plans at the Ecosystem level.Proactively participate in international iSquads and/or iCommunities forums proposing constructive improvements facilitating the flow of information and representing all members of the affiliate squad.Ensure a continuous and transparent flow of information from Central Squad to Ecosystems.Integrate knowledge and analysis of the internal and external environment into the product strategy based on insights from different stakeholders (doctors payers patients) as well as market studies and other sources of competitive intelligence.Participate in activities with clients.Ensure the proper use of resources by establishing valuable activities and monitoring the plan every 120 days.Proactively share and collaborate with other BCs in the company.Generate effective and quality promotional activities and materials.Maintain a positive and constructively critical attitude assuming and supporting company decisions.Who You AreUniversity Degree preferably in health sciences.Postgraduate studies (MBA or similar) are a plus.High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.Minimum 5 years of previous experience as Product/Brand Manager and/or other functions directly connected with product strategy.Experience in oncology and leadership in product launches.Proven leadership in Cross‑functional projects.Experience in field positions will be highly valued.Availability to travel.Your CompetenciesStrategic Vision and Leadership: Develop the product vision and translate it into strategic marketing plans (Integrated Strategic Plan Integrated Launch Plan) ensuring that actions are linked to business results and priorities.Creativity and Communication: Proactively propose ideas narratives and value propositions for the product using excellent verbal and written communication skills to generate impact both internally and externally.Analytical Capacity: Manage data from various sources to drive strategic decision‑making demonstrating expertise in handling insights business indicators forecasting and segmentation.Adaptability and Customer Orientation: Adapt quickly to market changes and develop effective proposals based on customer needs always focusing on providing value.Omnichannel Orientation: Integrate digitalization natively into the marketing strategy leveraging key AI tools omnichannel dissemination tactics and advanced digital marketing concepts.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
