The position will be based in Barcelona.The department of Human Resources Management and Business Law brings together 17 faculty members whose recent publications appeared in leading journals such as Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Organization Studies, European Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of International Business Studies. As part of our recruitment process, all applications are examined.Application deadline: Monday, February 23, 2026 .Interviews will take place on, Thursday March 19, 2026, in Barcelona .POSITION OVERVIEW:Candidates should hold a PhD in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Behavior/ Management and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior & Team Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility, in English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, they will be expected to develop lectures in their field of expertise for the graduate and executive education levels. Ideal candidates will have defended their PhD in the past five years, have a successful first experience in academia or human resource management, and have a good command of the Spanish language.
