HR Director & Social Relations (M/W)Ref: ******Location: Barcelona area (mission base) with work in Madrid and other southern European countries.Mission OverviewInterim management mission to implement a sensitive social transformation, develop social relationships, and ensure HR business continuity across Spain and other southern European countries. Expected start: mid‑January. Duration: 6 months, extendable.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement social transformation in coordination with the Group, Spanish labor laws, and HR legal processes.Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.Deploy the new organization, aligning the country and other European countries to the new business strategy.Qualifications & ExperienceBased in Spain, Spanish native or fully fluent, business‑level English.Expertise in Spanish labor law, social relations management, and restructuring contexts.Proven experience in B2B sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent.Strong legal knowledge of labor and social matters; experience working with employee representative bodies.Hands‑on, execution‑driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset.Agile within complex matrix organisations; pragmatic, reliable, and easy to work with.Mission DetailsDirect report at HR Group level; matrix organisation; functional relation with operational & support teams; coordination with external legal advisors.Business mobility within key cities in Spain.Start date: ASAP, expected mid January ****.
