Interim Management MissionHR Director & Social Relations (M/W)Spanish scope + southern European countriesBased in Barcelona areaRef: ******Scope & LocationBased in Madrid, with travel to various southern European countries.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement a sensitive business & social transformation, developing the social relationship and ensuring HR business continuity.Lead the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes.Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.Deploy the new organization, aligning both the country and other European countries with the new business strategy.Key Competencies & ProfileExpert in Spanish social & legal relations.Proven experience in restructuring.Expertise in B2B sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent.Strong legal knowledge of labor and social matters.Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.Hands‑on, execution‑driven profile with a strong “doer” mindset.Spanish native or fully fluent, fluent business level English.Agile within complex matrix organisations.Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.Mission DetailsInterim Management mission: based Barcelona.Business mobility: within key cities in Spain.Starting date: ASAP, expected mid January ****.Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon situation.Transformation: not an option at this stage, purely interim with focus on delivering HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope.How to ApplyImmediately available candidates based in Spain, fluent in both Spanish & English, and with proven track record in Spanish labour law and social relations management are invited to send their English CV and a motivation message to ****** referencing ****** .#J-18808-Ljbffr
