Role Overv** iew: We are looking for a skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations inSpain. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a hands-on approach, and a passion for people development. You will oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, performance management, and legal compliance, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and va lues. This position reports directly to the HR Director of Pestana Hotel Group and collaborates closely with the Senior Area Operations Manager and the Hotel General Managers of our three Spanish **units: Pestana Plaza Mayor,- MadridPestana CR7 Gran Vía,- MadridPestana Arenas, Ba** **rcelona Key Responsibi** **lities: Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and- hiring. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, promote a positive workplace culture, and resolve conflicts eff- ectively.Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and perf- ormance. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and administer benefits programs in compliance with local regu- lations. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and provide coaching to support employe- e growth.Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies to mitigate lega- l risks. Strategic Planning: Align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to organisational deve- lopment. Employee Eng**agement: Develop initiatives to boost engagement and monitor employee sati **sfaction. What We're Lo** oking For: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a rel- ated field.Proven experience in HR management, ideally within hospitality or multinational en- vironments.Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and HR best- practices.Excellent communication and interperso- nal skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving- abilities.Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as SAP; advanced skills in Micros- oft Office.Fluency in Spanish a **nd English.
