HR Strategy and Leadership Develop and implement theHR strategyforSpain and North Africa , aligning with the company’s goals, values, andlocal labor regulationsin both regions. Leadtalent acquisition, retention, and succession planningfor critical roles inSpain and North Africa . Foster adiverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culturein line withSpanish societal norms, North African cultural contexts, and corporate values . 2. Talent Acquisition and Mobility Overseerecruitment, onboarding, and regional mobilityfor technical and corporate roles inSpain and North Africa . Developemployer branding strategiestailored to theSpanish and North African marketsto attract top local and international talent. Manageexpatriate programs, work permits, and relocation servicesin compliance withSpanish immigration lawsandNorth African regulations(e.g., Algerian work permits, Libyan residency requirements). 3. Employee Relations and Engagement Leademployee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigationsin accordance withSpanish labor lawsandNorth African regulations . Implementemployee engagement initiatives , including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives adapted tolocal contexts(e.g., conciliación laboral-familiar in Spain, cultural wellness programs in North Africa). Ensure compliance withlocal labor laws, HR policies, and ethical standardsin both regions. 4. Learning and Development Developtraining and development programsfor technical and leadership skills, with a focus onlocal talent development and upskillingin Spain and North Africa. Implementcareer pathing, mentorship, and upskilling initiativesaligned withregional market needs . ManageL&D platforms, e-learning, and digital training toolsinSpanish, English, French, and Arabic . 5. Compensation and Benefits Design and administercompensation, benefits, and incentive programsthat are competitive within theSpanish and North African markets . Ensurecompetitive salary structures, bonuses (pagas extras in Spain), and long-term incentivesin compliance withlocal social security and tax laws(e.g., Seguridad Social in Spain, Algerian/Libyan tax regulations). Managepayroll, benefits administration, and compliancewith regional regulations. 6. HR Operations and Digital Transformation OverseeHRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), data analytics, and process automationfor operations inSpain and North Africa . Implementdigital HR tools(e.g., Workday, SAP) and ensure they are adapted tolocal needs and languages . EnsureHR compliance, audits, and risk managementin line withSpanish and North African regulations . 7. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate withexecutive leadership, managers, and employeesto align HR with business needs inSpain and North Africa . Represent HR incross-functional projects, local partnerships, and organizational changesin both regions. Engage withlocal authorities, industry groups, and community stakeholdersto support HR initiatives (e.g., Ministerio de Trabajo in Spain, Algerian Ministry of Labor). 8. Team Leadership Lead theHR Business Partners, Recruitment, L&D, Compensation, and HR Operations teamsinSpain and North Africa . DevelopHR talent and succession plansfor local and regional roles.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field . Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g.,SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or Spanish Máster en RRHH ) preferred. Experience: 10+ years of HR experience , with at least5 years in a senior HR leadership role(e.g., HR Manager, HR Director). Proven track record intalent management, HR strategy, and organizational developmentinSpain/Southern Europe and North Africa . Experience in theOil & Gas, energy, or industrial sectoris a plus. Skills: Strongleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Expertise intalent acquisition, employee relations, and HR digital transformation . Knowledge ofSpanish labor laws (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and North African regulations(e.g., Algerian Labor Law, Libyan standards). Familiarity withHRIS, data analytics, and process automation . Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English(mandatory).
