Our unique, fully contactless model uses vehicles as collateral to provide fast, fair, and responsible loans.We are redefining financial services to make financing more ethical, inclusive, and sustainable — and our people are the driving force behind that mission.We are now looking for an HR Director to take on a strategic leadership role, define the foundations of our People function, and support Ibancar’s growth in Spain and LATAM.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an experienced HR Director with a generalist background, ideally coming from productive or operational environments and with proven experience in international contexts and in building HR departments from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic People & HR LeadershipBuild, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies.Lead performance management and compensation strategy.Ensure compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and internal regulations.Act as the point of contact with Workers’ Council, Labor Inspection, and external auditors.Define and manage HR KPIs, reporting, and HR dashboards.Budget planning for HR, variance analysis, forecasting, and Headcount planning.Manage variable compensation linked to performance and verify attainment of objectives.Design and implement HR strategies to support company growth.Oversee recruitment processes and manage external partners.Team & People ManagementLead and develop the HR team.Manage labor relations and collective negotiation.Oversee recruitment, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR areas.Drive continuous improvement in talent management.Partner with operational teams for effective resource planning.Track people management metrics and report to leadership.RequirementsProven experience managing international offices or delegations.Experience building an HR department from scratch.Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in fintech or fast-growth environments is a plus.English level C1 (test will be required).Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capacity in fast-paced environments.Strong results orientation and high sensitivity to people and culture.What We OfferMonday to Friday schedule.Base salary: 30k–35k , plus performance-based bonus.Private health insurance.Language classes included.If you’re passionate about shaping People & Culture functions in dynamic, high-growth environments, we’d love to meet you.Apply now and help us build the future of ethical and inclusive finance at Ibancar.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
