Estamos en la búsqueda de un perfil de AI Digital Transformation Expert para incorporar a su equipo. ¿Cuáles serán tus tareas? - Supervisión estratégica: Proporcionar orientación estratégica y asegurar la alineación con el roadmap de transformación Data IA. - Gobernanza y cumplimiento: Garantizar la adherencia a marcos de gobernanza y estándares internos. - Gestión de interesadas: Mantener una comunicación clara y transparente con las partes interesadas. - Coordinación transversal: Actuar como enlace entre equipos técnicos y funcionales para asegurar consistencia e integración. - Definición de roadmap: Contribuir a la definición de hojas de ruta y facilitar la transferencia de conocimiento entre equipos. ¿Que necesitas? Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencia de Datos, IA o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia demostrada en estrategia de IA, transformación digital o proyectos basados en datos. Gestión de equipos multidisciplinares y programas complejos. Comprensión de tecnologías IA/ML, plataformas de datos y ecosistemas cloud. Familiaridad con marcos de gobernanza y estándares de cumplimiento. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders. Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para resolver problemas. Experiencia en el sector financiero o bancario. Conocimiento de iniciativas Data IA a nivel corporativo.
