El rol será clave en laidentificación, ejecución y gestión integral de inversiones, así como en lacreación de valor en las compañías participadas. Reportando directamente alManaging Partner, será responsable de liderar operaciones desde eldeal origination hasta laexit strategy , coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y actuando como referente estratégico ante CEOs y Consejos de las empresas participadas. Responsabilidades principales Origination: identificar oportunidades de inversión atractivas en sectores industriales, consumo, tecnología y servicios B2B. Ejecución: liderar el análisis financiero y estratégico de operaciones (valuations, modelización, due diligence y negociación). Portfolio management: acompañar a los equipos directivos en planes de transformación, crecimiento orgánico e inorgánico. Reporting: elaborar informes de evolución y rentabilidad para el Comité de Inversiones y los LPs. Networking: mantener relaciones sólidas con asesores, bancos de inversión, boutiques M&A y otros fondos. Mentoría: supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de Associates y Analysts del fondo. Perfil ideal Experiencia de10 a 15 añosenPrivate Equity, M&A, Investment Banking o Corporate Development. Participación demostrable entransacciones de middle market(ticket medio 10–100 M€). Capacidad para gestionar la relación conCEOs, Consejos y fondos coinversores. Visión estratégica, alta capacidad analítica y mentalidad emprendedora. Dominio de inglés y español; se valorará un tercer idioma (francés o alemán). Formación enADE, Economía o Ingeniería;MBA o similarmuy valorable. Lo que ofrece el proyecto Incorporación a un fondo en fase de crecimiento, con sólida base inversora y pipeline activo. Alta exposición a operaciones cross-border y a procesos de creación de valor real en compañías participadas. Participación en el carry del fondo y plan de desarrollo hacia Partner.
