We help brands maximize their potential through global strategies, technology, and consulting.Are you passionate about identifying opportunities, generating leads, and achieving high-impact results every month?We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) with experience and strong abilities to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close a high volume of opportunities each month. You will present our services, generate high‑quality opportunities, and schedule meetings.You will join a multidisciplinary team made up of marketing, product, and technology experts. Working in an agile, sprint‑based environment, you will help drive growth and position our solution as a market leader.What You Will DoSearch for, identify, and contact new clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.Manage your own portfolio of prospects for the Italian market.Understand client needs and buying cycles, gathering key information and generating interest.Close a high volume of opportunities.Record all interactions in our CRM.Become an expert in the services we offer, understanding the value proposition, solutions, and market positioning.Support the definition and implementation of go‑to‑market strategies for our partners.Draw insights from data based on the results obtained.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR.Experience selling services (preferred) or SaaS.Experience in outbound prospecting and generating a high volume of qualified meetings.Strong relationship‑building ability, with high emotional intelligence.Proactive, ambitious, and persistent attitude.Strong organizational, planning, analytical, strategic, and results‑oriented skills.Experience working with CRMs.Native or very high level of Italian – your work will be carried out in Italian.What We OfferFixed salary + performance‑based variable bonus.Reduced summer working hours (August).Growth and training opportunities.Excellent work environment with flexible policies.Hybrid work model.Our Selection ProcessApplication with CV.Answers to initial screening questions.Interview #1 via Teams with the People team.Interview #2 via Teams with the Managing Partner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
