Boiler Pressure Parts geometry. Boiler thermal expansion, insulation and erection tolerances. Boiler modularization considering shipping constrains. Boiler manufacturability and Constructability constrain. Accessibility and maintenance constrain. Piping general arrangement Structure and platform arrangement Boiler and auxiliary equipment drawings Insulation and refractory general drawings Classified areas layout drawings3D modelling and 2D drafting capabilities in basic and detailed boiler pressure parts drawings (GA, boiler banks , insulation & refractory, drums, internal transfers …) for fabrication and erection and “as-built” editions. Interference analysis and resolution. Geometric design, dimensional control, access and constructability verification in the issued drawings and the supplier’s/shop drawings.Measurements and material take-offOur Clients and ProjectsDesigning the future.
