The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, leveraging technology, and providing data-driven insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role will report directly to the EVP of Strategy.ResponsibilitiesOptimizing the lead-to-cash cycle for both demand and supplyIdentifying areas of performance improvement for the GTM functionsForecasting and budgeting TTV and Revenue from lead to revenue generationManaging CRM and other sales/marketing technology (including marketing automation)Developing and analyzing performance metrics and reports related to Go to Market.Partner closely with demand, supply, and customer success teams to align on processes and goalsDrive efficiency and accountability across the revenue organization.Our Ideal CandidateHas a graduate degree in Business, Economics or Finance8-10 years of experience in a sales/revenue operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS or travel technologyStrong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to drive cross-functional projectsFinancial literacy and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesDemonstrated experience working with a CEO, Managing Partner, and executive leadership teamExpert-level proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales/marketing technologyWhy Nuitee?At Nuitée, we’re not just reimagining travel—we’re building the infrastructure to power it.Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies.
