We build digital solutions that help educational institutions work smarter, communicate better and save valuable time.With a growing team of over 300 people across multiple European countries, we are on a clear mission: to become Europe’s leading software provider for education.Driven by courage, collaboration and responsibility, we focus on what matters most: better education for a better tomorrow .What you’ll bringExtensive experience building and scaling People & Culture functions in international, fast-growing organizations, ideally in tech or software environmentsStrong background in leading organizations through complex change phases such as growth, integrations or transformationDeep understanding of how to design scalable people processes, structures and systems while balancing group-wide standards with local needsDemonstrated ability to define, build and anchor a strong target culture and translate it into everyday leadership behaviors and routinesExperience partnering closely with senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholdersConfidence navigating ambiguity and complexity while bringing clarity, structure and momentumStrong leadership presence , excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindsetFluent English - additional languages are a plusWhere you’ll beThis role is anchored in one of our main hubs in Madrid, Girona, Hamburg, Berlin or Koblenz . We work in a hybrid setup, combining focused remote work with regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) to enable strong collaboration, leadership visibility and cultural impact.
