Security management specialist in OT projects If you’re interested in security in industrial (OT) environments and want to work on projects with real impact in the energy sector, this opportunity is for youPosition objective and project description:This position belongs to the Cybersecurity Regulatory Consulting Section and will support a project for a client in the energy sector. The role is for a Security Management Specialist in OT Projects who will provide support to the OT Security Program together with the OT Security Architecture Specialist (a role provided by the cybersecurity and infrastructure team).WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?As a Security Management Specialist in OT Projects, you will perform key tasks for the deployment and consolidation of the OT Security Program, including:OT methodologies and processes: Update the risk management methodology for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).️ Incident response plans: Develop and test incident response plans specific to OT environments.Vulnerability management: Define the vulnerability management process for industrial assets.⚙️ Operational support: Provide support for the new industrial cybersecurity operating model and program initiatives (hardening, segmentation, ransomware protection).Procedures: Develop procedures to facilitate the adoption of program processes and promote secure operations.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We’re looking for a professional with proven experience in IT and OT security, capable of integrating into regulatory consulting teams and critical projects in the energy sector.Technical experience: Experience in IT and OT cybersecurity, hardening, secure infrastructures, system and network administration, perimeter security, and critical environments.Methodologies: Solid knowledge of Risk Analysis methodologies applied to ICS/OT.Required certification: ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist.Minimum experience: Over 5 years in roles related to industrial and/or critical infrastructure cybersecurity.Valuable knowledge: Threat modeling.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid work model and 8 weeks per year of remote work outside your usual geographic area.Flexible schedule for start and end times, with reduced working hours on Fridays and during summer.Development of a personalized career plan , training, and language learning support.National and international mobility.
