**Senior Automation Engineer - OT Security in Mfg. & PCT**

**Purpose**
- As part of the central digital automation department in CH Engineering, the owner of the position is a reliable partner for supporting globally all consumer health sites and functions in the definition, design, and execution of relevant automation initiatives while ensuring security of all OT/Industrial Systems and equipment. This role will focus on creating good OT security practices for our sites and guide them towards lean machine interface design of our OT Systems, complying with corporate production network blueprint, and connecting assets to our automation integration layer, according to GMP standards and cybersecurity requirements._

**Scope**:

- Global support for all CH PS sites (12 on a global basis).

**Key Tasks**:

- Support, track progress, and bring global framework for OT Security to CH automation integration layer, ensuring consistency to global data architecture governance definitions while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
- Assist in improving OT security program processes, procedures, and trainings
- Maintain an understanding of the current vulnerabilities, response, and mitigation strategies used in OT cyber security space
- Support on the remediation or mitigation of cybersecurity findings of Industrial systems.
- Work together with Sites to design and implement technical solutions which could be easily adopted in the field
- Foster strong collaboration across sites and continents in OT security topics.
- Give input to updates of generic URSs in the field of Industrial Automation & PCT and coordination with regards to standardization of components and systems.
- Support global automation and OT security communities.

**Skills**:

- Automation, Electronics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalen degree with minimum 5 years of experience in supporting automation control systems.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation systems (Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, ABB, etc.) and machine interfaces.
- IT related skills on Networking, Firewalls, domains, virtualization, backup, monitoring, etc.
- Good knowledge and understanding of industry OT & IT security standards and principles such as NIST cybersecurity frameworks, IEC 62443 and ISO27001/2
- Cybersecurity Experience in OT/ICS environments will be preferred
- Good project management skills and able to work as a team as well as independently
- Self-driven person, curious to develop and deploy modern digitalization solutions in collaboration with others.
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Language: English / Spanish - German is desired.
