Mission The R&D Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and monitoring R&D projects. This role will lead the new product development processes, starting from the idea generation phase through to final application. The mission includes designing short, medium, and long-term plans, along with successive improvement plans, with the objective of expanding Progenika's portfolio. What your responsibilities will be Study, in collaboration with other departments, the emerging market needs to identify new research and development opportunities. Evaluate the clinical practice of the tool to be developed, both for external and internal clients. Manage and supervise the achievement of objectives, programs, plans, and policies for the area. This involves organizing the resources (researchers) provided by the R&D Director and establishing the necessary control parameters to evaluate the progress of the plans. Collaborate closely with other departments within the company regarding all requirements for the correct development of new products and/or processes.
