Join us as a SAP Finance & Reporting Consultant and help shape the next generation of the finance landscape using the SAP BW/4HANA suite. You will play a key role in building a robust system, process and data foundation that enhances efficiency and flexibility while providing the analytical basis for an insight-driven Finance function. As part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will co‑create and further develop the Management Information System (MIS) and Financial Data Store (FDS) alongside dedicated finance professionals. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid's city center, working three days a week in our office to collaborate closely with the team. This role is ideal for those eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact in private banking technology. Responsibilities Drive the complete redesign of the finance system landscape based on SAP BW/4HANA Understand overall requirements and solution design across multiple workstreams and help break these down into actionable work packages Lead the implementation of work packages and contribute directly to their execution Analyze existing data and reporting flows and enhance the future set‑up Requirements Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA Proficiency in modeling BW/4HANA objects such as ADSO transformations Experience developing ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDPs) with table functions Skilled in creating SAP HANA calculation views, including SQL‑based views Experience with on‑premise solutions is obligatory Ability to manage the full development lifecycle, including testing and documentation Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident approach Independent, resilient and collaborative, with excellent problem‑solving abilities Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility Nice to have Master’s degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable field Knowledge of SAP FSDM and SAP PaPM is a plus Experience in Wealth Management, Banking and Finance is an advantage We offer Private health insurance EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan 100% paid sick leave Referral Program Professional certification Language courses EPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
