Join us to lead end‑to‑end payroll operations where your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple countries/entitiesExecute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)Complete standard accounting reconciliationsResolve payroll queriesSupport vendor relationships and performance managementPartner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teamsSuggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodologySupport payroll components of strategic initiativesDeliver on payroll part of country expansion projectsContribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencyUpkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps etc.)Raise blockers and issues to senior analysts and managersBasic QualificationsExcellent customer service orientation1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non‑payroll/HR)Fluency in EnglishAdvanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Strong analytical and statistical capabilitiesExperience with root cause analysisAbility to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environmentsPreferred QualificationsDeep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP softwareAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
