EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.With an average age of 32, we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.Now we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Barcelona.As an Engineer, you will be responsible for executing all investment projects in accordance with the planning, while delivering high quality projects. Therefore, we are looking for a customer-oriented candidate, with the ability to anticipate and define customer/project needs.What is the role About?Supervise and manage construction projects during the execution phase.Examine the project in depth to plan deliverables and estimate costs.Review the planning of all the different contractors and manage the complete and adapted planning of the site.Supervise all on-site and off-site work on the project, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.Coordinate and direct construction workers and (sub)contractors.Monitor work progress on a daily basis .Ensure safe working conditions on site.prepare internal and external progress reports.Anticipate potential problems and resolve those that arise.Manage permits and licenses.Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.RequirementsBS or Master's degree in construction management, architecture, Civil or related field.Experience : minimum of 6 years in Construction Management projects.Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Project)Experience developing projects in a manufacturing environment.Mastery of MsOffice (Word, Excel), experience with construction management software (MS Projects, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Lets-Build/Aproplan,...)Languages: Spanish and EnglishTravel availabilityDriving licensePermanent contractSafety, Prevention and Well-being are basics for us.Specialized in-house trainings designed to help you to get your next career step.Truly a place to spread your wings: career path.No glass ceiling We are committed to equal opportunities.Top clients and innovative projects.International environment and teams, with a presence in more than 10 countries.Great environment with Open Office Layout for you to meet co-workers and increase the outside-the-box thinking.Positive Work Vibes: we love work, sport and fun.Being an IPSerExcellence, Innovation, Sustainability are a must in our projects.
