Asimismo, promovemos activamente un entorno laboral diverso, inclusivo y libre de discriminación, garantizando igualdad de oportunidades para todo nuestro equipo y candidatos en todos los aspectos laborales.¿Qué buscamos?Un/a Community Administrator que ejecute y administre comunidades online de principio a fin, asegurando una operación impecable, el engagement de los miembros y la calidad de los datos, trabajando con algunas de las marcas más reconocidas del mundo.Para el rol debes ser capaz deColaborar con los equipos de proyecto para diseñar, configurar e implementar comunidades online (estructura, flujos, contenidos iniciales y reglas de participación).Planificar, ejecutar y gestionar el reclutamiento de miembros según la estrategia definida, coordinando recursos internos y proveedores externos.Definir junto con el equipo la estrategia de incentivos/premios y operativizar su entrega de forma segura y eficiente.Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de cada comunidad: altas/bajas, segmentaciones, perfiles y permisos.Crear encuestas de captación y cuestionarios cuantitativos en las plataformas específicas; asegurar su correcta programación, testeo y lanzamiento.Actualizar y calendarizar actividades cualitativas, dinamizar contenidos y moderar interacciones cuando sea necesario para impulsar el engagement.Gestionar la plataforma de las comunidades asignadas: configuración, permisos, resolución de incidencias y coordinación con soporte técnico.Administrar las comunicaciones con los miembros (newsletters, invitaciones, recordatorios) y las listas de distribución, asegurando mensajes claros y oportunos.Monitorear KPIs operativos y de engagement, controlar costes y elaborar reportes periódicos que garanticen el cumplimiento de objetivos y presupuesto.Analizar datos de estudios cuantitativos realizados en la comunidad y preparar informes ejecutivos para el equipo y clientes internos.Colaborar estrechamente con Community Managers,
