The Controller/VP Finance & Ops will oversee the financial operations and strategy of the company, including managing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and leading accounting processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support business decisions, implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration across departments and communication with stakeholders are key aspects of this role.Qualifications Proven expertise in Finance, with experience in managing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingAdvanced Accounting skills, supported by strong Analytical SkillsStrong leadership, decision-making, and cross-departmental collaboration abilitiesExperience in optimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulationsMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferredProficiency in financial and accounting software; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
