Thanks to the sheer size and scale of Primark, they're bigger – much, much bigger – than the norm.You'll be taking full responsibility for your area, with a team to lead and inspire and will lead the Store Management teams, enabling them to: Deliver the business vision and strategy to deliver maximum profitability. Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs with a relentless focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Empower, inspire and motivate the store teams to deliver and focus on continuous improvement. You'll take the lead in understanding our customers, bringing your team's natural passion for great service to the surface and making sure every customer experience is perfect. Monitoring sales, supervising stock levels are in line with customer demand, making sure displays grab the attention and fostering a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members remain fully engaged will all be part of your role.It's not for the faint-hearted. You'll be calling on all your retail experience.
