Our Technology Product Manager within Global Clinical Operations IT will collaborate as part of a cross-functional Veeva team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline and support Clinical Trial management. Make a difference—be part of something extraordinary Job Description Key Responsibilities: Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / Function Has end-to-end accountability for technology product delivery across business areas. Partners with business product owner to set technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that technology products generate business value for the defined customer Partner with Business Product Directors for demand analysis solution proposal/evaluation and funding estimates for operations/ projects Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation, including: underpinning IT services in the delivery & support of the IT application and adherence to Security, Compliance policies & procedures Track, report and deliver against agreed success factors and measurements for various stakeholders for function / service areas whilst ensuring overall user experience is taken into
