We are looking for a working student who is passionate about everything learning and leadership development to join our team and contribute to our success.The Role:As our L&D Specialist and Program Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of learning programs—from needs analysis and design to delivery and evaluation. You’ll work cross-functionally with SMEs, leadership, and external partners to craft and implement scalable, engaging learning initiatives that develop skills, enhance performance, and support cultural and business transformation.The work you’ll do:Partner with HR, People Ops, business units, and senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and learning opportunitiesDefine program objectives aligned with organizational goals and learning frameworksDesign and develop multimodal learning solutions—e‑learning, instructor-led, blended—that follow industry best practicesCollaborate with SMEs, internal partner teams, and external resources to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagementDevelop and maintain learning materials, resources, and online content. Create participant guides, facilitator manuals, etc.Facilitate training sessions and webinars; train-the-trainer if neededAct as project/program manager: develop roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, budgets, resource plans, and report to leadershipCollect and analyze evaluation data to measure effectiveness and iterateThe qualifications you need:Experience: 3–7 years in L&D, instructional design, or training roles.
