HQ - IT Engineer - Madrid On-Site

This is a critical, 100% on‑site role based in our Madrid HQ office , requiring daily physical presence. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not applicable for this position.ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop imaging, allocation, and access provisioning.Secure endpoints and ensure proper protection of corporate data.Provide support for internet connectivity, networking, and printing solutions.Track, update, and maintain hardware assets in the device management tool.Collaborate closely with the Global IT team on shared processes and escalations.Receive user requests and manage tickets from incident opening through resolution and closure.Log reported incidents and operational anomalies accurately.Prioritize and process requests based on urgency, complexity, and business impact.Provide user assistance, including remote support when required.RequirementsProven experience in 2nd‑line IT support and system administration.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications.Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as MDM solutions.Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.Strong problem‑solving skills across a wide range of IT scenarios.Excellent communication skills and a user‑focused mindset.Effective time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests in parallel.Fluent English is mandatory.Experience with Okta administration is a strong plus.About usJob&Talent is a world‑leading, AI‑powered workforce management platform for frontline industries.
