Captación proactiva de inmuebles y clientes. Valoración de propiedades. Negociación con clientes tanto compradores como buscadores. Organización y realización de visitas a las propiedades. Acompañamiento constante a clientes. Realización de actividades de marketing para captar residencias y clientes. Fidelización de la cartera de clientes. Formación inicial y continua. Una amplia red de contactos. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: ¿Una persona con espíritu emprendedor y orientada a un servicio al cliente exclusivo. ESPAÑOL es fundamental.
