La empresa cuenta con un equipo de unas 50 personas en Barcelona con una cultura cercana y colaborativa, y se encuentra en fase de crecimiento por incorporación a un grupo corporativo mayor que ha traído más trabajo a la oficina de Barcelona. Buscamos 2 Senior MICE Project Managers senior Para reforzar el área de eventos corporativos e incentivos. Encargarse de la organización y gestión integral de eventos e incentivos, llevando proyectos de principio a fin para empresas de primer nivel (tanto nacionales como internacionales). Diseño, planificación y ejecución de eventos e incentivos. Coordinación con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos. Gestión de presupuestos, timings y calidad del servicio. Creación de experiencias memorables y de alto impacto. Horario y modelo de trabajo Lunes a jueves jornada intensiva hasta las 15:00. Viernes jornada intensiva hasta las 15:00. Modelo híbrido: 3 días en oficina y 2 días en remoto, con flexibilidad para organizar los días de teletrabajo. Senior como Event Project Manager, preferiblemente en entorno corporativo o MICE. Muy importante tener experiencia en organización de eventos e incentivos. Nivel de inglés alto / muy alto (imprescindible). Se valorará positivamente experiencia con GDS o tipo Amadeus. Persona autónoma, organizada y con visión global del proyecto. Trabajar en una empresa mediana con oficinas internacionales donde no eres un número y tu trabajo tiene impacto real. Buen ambiente de trabajo cercano y colaborativo, con equipos estables. Posibilidad de gestionar proyectos completos de inicio a fin para clientes muy relevantes. Oportunidad de participar en proyectos atractivos y diferentes (especialmente viajes de incentivo y eventos especiales). Posibilidades reales de promoción interna y crecimiento profesional. Clases de inglés y formación técnica para seguir desarrollándote profesionalmente. Oficinas muy bien ubicadas en el centro de Barcelona con excelente conexión en transporte público.
