This role is critical to ensuring efficient and effective inventory planning , balancing product availability with cost optimization while maximizing service levels.The Supply Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levelsMonitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to support informed planning decisionsCollaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operationsIdentify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptionsPrepare and present regular reports on inventory status, supply chain performance, and key metricsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectivenessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar roleProficiency in supply chain management software and tools ( ERP and planning systems like SAP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.)Experience in FMCG, retail, fashion, or manufacturing environmentsAdvanced level of English and SpanishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDetail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityWhy Revlon?Opportunity to join a global, iconic beauty companyCollaborative work environment with high business impactProfessional growth and development opportunities
