Find out more about our mission at the JobMission : Outcome obsessed with reaching Opella’s ambition about OTIF and Cash optimization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable and optimized 36‑month supply and inventory plan for the portfolio of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO’s) in Europe . The role ensures that Opella’s Affiliates and Distributors receive products on time, in full (OTIF), and without excess inventory. You will act as a strategic interface between production sites and markets DCs.Main ResponsibilitiesMid‑to‑Long‑Term Planning (4–36 months)Own the MPS/RCCP process, including capacity analysis and supply risk mitigation.Manage planned orders and guide process order adjustments in coordination with EM planners based on business priorities.Ensure alignment among EM functions are properly reflected in the full horizon to anticipate constraints and inventory alerts.Monitor artwork changes and their impact on planning in the fluid horizon.Coordinate launches, divestitures, and transfers with clear timelines.Develop supply plan scenarios to support critical business decisions.Inventory & Demand ManagementEnsure inventory coverage aligns with policies and targets across sites and markets.Consolidate the full net demand changes, document assumptions, and provide final guidance to the CMO’s.Define & maintain inventory policies aligned with the Inventory Lead.Cross‑Functional CollaborationSupport the IBP process, deploy supply constraints and lead the Supply Reviews & Weekly S&OEs.Collaborate with markets through Kinaxis to provide clear visibility on risk & opportunities (OOS, Min / Max Inventory).Master net demand in close collaboration with markets, ensuring demand signal consistency.Align with Quality on FG release priorities.Performance & Continuous ImprovementLead volume‑related financial exercises.Ensure planning master data accuracy at ERP and kX (lead times, inventory policies, product lifecycle).Participate in global planning initiatives and continuous improvement programs.About YouBachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.Experience in supply chain planning or a related role preferably in a Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical industry.SkillsCustomer‑centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership ability with stakeholder influence and alignment.Analytical, proactive, and adaptable problem‑solver.Strong expertise in DRP, S&OP, and Supply Planning processes as well as Inventory management.Proven knowledge of supply chain tools (preferably Kinaxis & SAP), and PBI.Proven track record in strategy development, implementation, adoption and project management.LanguagesFluent in English.Why Us?At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
