Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain API developer portals using Apigee Developer Portal, React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Own sandbox and testing environments (Postman collections, contract tests) for external partners and internal teams. Implement developer‑facing features: SDK generation (multi‑language), semantic API discovery, usage analytics, and API monetization support (metering hooks). Automate documentation and changelog generation with LLM‑assisted tools; own versioning and validation of docs. Provide conversational developer support (ChatOps) via ChatGPT Enterprise‑backed agents, integrated into the portal and Slack. Implement front‑end tools for SLA tracking, developer telemetry, and visualization of API workflows. Collaborate with Platform (Global BaaS) for gateway integrations and Backend Leads for sample apps and domain examples. Maintain CI/CD for DevEx services and ensure observability (Prometheus, Datadog).
