These offices today represent songwriters, composers and copyrights from all over the globe.We are looking for a passionate and driven A&R Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep love for music who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.About the RoleAs an A&R Manager, you will play a key role in discovering, developing, and managing talent. You will work closely with artists, producers, and internal teams, overseeing studio sessions and contributing to the growth and success of our roster.Your key responsibilities:Talent scouting and artist developmentStudio and recording session managementManaging and developing people and creative teamsCoordinating projects while meeting tight deadlinesCollaborating across departments to drive releases forwardRegular travel as part of the roleWhat you bring to the role:Strong passion and knowledge of musicExperience and strong connections within the Spanish music industry (publishing and/or recording experience is a plus)Native level of Spanish , high level of English , both written and spokenA third language is a strong advantageExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAvailability to travel regularlyWhat we offer:A dynamic and creative work environmentThe opportunity to work closely with artists and industry professionalsA key role in shaping musical projects and careersIf you are passionate about music and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you:Peermusic is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
