Direct Response Ad Designer (Meta, IG, Website) About the job Direct Response Ad Designer (Meta, IG, Website) Direct Response Ad Designer (eCommerce) About Us We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a talented Ad Designer who understands what makes people click and buy. Our team is focused on creating high-converting ads that drive real results, and we're looking for someone who can blend creativity with commercial awareness. Position Overview We're seeking a full-time Graphic Designer specialized in creating scroll-stopping, direct response ads for our eCommerce products. This is a remote position with stable, long-term growth potential as our brand expands. Full-time position (40 hours/week) Flexible working hours within your owntime zone Long-term role with bi-weekly pay Consistent workflow - no project-based uncertainty Core Responsibilities Create high-converting static ads for Meta, Google, and display networks Design multiple ad variations for A/B testing Adapt existing top-performing concepts into fresh variations Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives Work with clear KPIs and performance metrics Collaborate with our media buying team to optimize based on ad performance Required Experience & Skills 2+ years experience creating direct response ads for eCommerce brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) Understanding of ad platform specifications and requirements Experience with photo manipulation and composition Strong typography and layout skills Ability to work with creative briefs and brand guidelines Must-Have Knowledge Ad platform creative requirements Basic marketing psychology Commercial photography composition Daily Activities Creating new ad variations based on performance data Adapting winning concepts into fresh designs Optimizing existing ads based on performance feedback Collaborating with media buyers on creative strategy Maintaining organized design files and assets Success Metrics Ad click-through rates Creative performance metrics Design turnaround time Brand consistency adherence Lead Designer role as team expands Creative Director path Performance bonus structure Skill development in emerging ad formats Training in advanced marketing psychology Tools We Use Figma Project management tools Asset management systems Ideal Candidate Qualities Results-oriented creative mindset Fast turnaround capability Data-driven approach to design What We Offer Competitive base pay Performance bonuses Stable, long-term position Collaborative team environment Regular feedback and growth discussions Application Process Include performance metrics for your past ad creatives if available Complete a paid test project Interview with the creative team Final interview with management Required Test Task Shortlisted candidates will be asked to: Create 3 ad variations for a sample product Explain how they would test different variants Show examples of optimizing based on data Interested candidates should submit their application with: Brief case study of your most successful ad campaign #J-18808-Ljbffr
