We build authentic human relationships, based on trust, collaboration, and recognition, which is reflected in a participative and enriching work environment with a clear mission : Ensure the execution and monitoring of physicochemical analyses and projects, using the necessary human and material resources in accordance with the guidelines of the Team Leader. Main responsibilities: Prepare approved product formulations and new developments at both laboratory and pilot plant levels. Evaluate the physical-chemical parameters of the formulated products, as well as their rheological behavior. Conduct studies on the stability and robustness of the formulation. Conduct efficacy tests and other evaluations to determine the performance characteristics of the products. Examples include : primary detergency, white maintenance, staining, color protection, corrosion, foaming capacity, dissolution speed, among others... Carry out olfactory test panels, both in relation to the preparation of the material (sample and fabrics) and the reception and attention of the technical panelists. Prepare samples for clients and / or for carrying out tests in external laboratories. Participate in industrial tests for the manufacture and / or packaging of products under the direct supervision of the Coordinator and / or Head of R&D. As well as preparing the necessary patterns for the validation of manufactured products. Conduct studies for the approval of raw materials. Conduct analysis of own and competitor products. Prepare reports and documentation of all data generated. Obtaining conclusions. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS : Academic background : Master Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy High level of English (C1).
