R&D Technician

Are you passionate about innovation and hands-on lab work? Join our dynamic Research & Innovation team as an R&D Technician, where you'll play a key role in developing and testing cutting-edge packaging coatings for the food, caps & closures, and B&B markets.

About the role

Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.Hands-On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.

About you

A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.2–3 years of hands-on lab experience.Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.Good command of English and Spanish.Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plusAvailability to travel internationally during the training period is requiredPersonal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
