The actual pay will depend on your skills and experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute transformation roadmaps in partnership with leadership and business stakeholders.Translate strategic priorities (e.g., HR technology modernization, talent processes, operating model changes) into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and broader enterprise transformation goals.Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks/issues, and report status to senior leadership.Identify opportunities to streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Drive adoption of digital tools that improve service delivery and data‑driven decision making.Develop and execute management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.Lead communications, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support workforce readiness.Measure change effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to maximize impact.Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and business units to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution.Facilitate workshops, decision‑making forums, and cross‑functional working groups.Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.Profile5-7+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, or enterprise program management.Experience leading complex, multi‑workstream programs in HR environments.Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM).Strong program/project management skills (PMP, Agile, Prosci certification a plus).Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making and storytelling.Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity and execution.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Job OfferCompetitive yearly salary ranging from 50,000 EUR to 55,000 EUR (gross/annual).Opportunity to work in the dynamic technology industry.Temporary contract with potential for future engagement.Chance to contribute to impactful projects in a vibrant and fast‑growing organization.Client DetailsOur client provides creative services to the global video games industry and beyond through an end‑to‑end platform, supercharged by its own technology.
