Role Overview
A TAG Heuer Sales Ambassador is a sales professional who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration. The ideal candidate will play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on their own KPIs, delivering memorable experiences, and supporting colleagues in the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose new ideas to develop sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Embodies TAG Heuer's brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
- Communicates the brand story and DNA in an inspiring way, as well as advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management, including inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing.
- Leverages properly all tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performs VM.
- Coordinates Aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Applies rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.
Requirements
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment (minimum 2-year experience).
- Knowledge/passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies, and sports.
- Fluent in English + Spanish, a third language is a plus.
- Selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing, etc.
